I wasn't happy with the changes I had made to the Dumaguete website last April .I wasn't going back to the previous look.....
Although I kept a few things from April, I've made changes.As I write this, I've updated the main page, the affiliates and penpal pages and the blogosphere.
Look for more changes soon.
