When I originally created the dumaguetecity.net website, my plan was to create a pen pal section. Unfortunately, this was more difficult than I had imagined it would be.So,instead, I have become an affiliate of filipinaheart and have placed their ads on the website......and a couple of blogs as well.
Let's hope this is a long and mutually beneficial relationship.
