I took the bicycle out this morning just before 7:00 for a little ride along the Diversion Road in Sibulan. I planned on riding in the upper section of the road where I knew there would little to no traffic.
I suppose one can say I'm making progress but I most definitely have a long way to go to get back to shape. I was winded and sweating before I had gone any real distance. Of course, I have no way of measuring my distance. I know where I turned around to return home, and if I can go a little farther tomorrow, I'll be happy.
