Good thing when I was there, it was Summer. I stayed at this apartment hotel in Bantayan called Florentina Homes Dumaguete Hotels. I had a nice time staying there, basking in the warm tropical weather which is what I exactly needed. I never really expected that it is really flooding in the city because of the enjoyment I felt during my stay.
