I recently came across a blog from a young lady in Dumaguete going by the name JoSeLLE.Her blog, Memoirs on a Post-It ,has been added to the Dumaguete blogosphere page of my webite,www.dumaguetecity.net.
She's only been blogging there since September and there aren't many postings so far.....
Her latest post has several nice photos taken on Apo Island. It's worth a look.
